1. Cancellations
•Orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
•Orders already prepared or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

Because flowers are perishable, refunds are limited to the following cases:
You may request a refund or replacement if:
•The order was not delivered.
•The wrong product was delivered.
•The flowers arrived damaged or in poor condition.
Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with:
•Order number
•Clear photo evidence of the issue

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
•Minor differences in flower shade, size, or arrangement due to seasonal variation
•Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
•Recipient refusal of the order
•Delays caused by events outside our control (traffic, weather, public holidays)

4. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we may offer:
•Free replacement bouquet, or
•Store credit, or
•Partial/full refund to the original payment method
The resolution method is determined by Lily Flowers.
